2nd Annual Walk 4 Family & Friends With Cancer

The Financial Assistance for Cancer Patients Program was made possible in part by the 2nd Annual Walk 4 Family & Friends With Cancer, which took place on April 17, 2010, at Connolly Park in Voorhees.  Several hundred community members participated to raise funds to help those who are experiencing financial difficulties as a result of their cancer diagnosis.  An anonymous donor matched the proceeds that were raised.  The program will distribute money to help those touched by cancer with non-medical related expenses such as rent, transportation, babysitting, and utilities.   Click here to view photos.
