Special Needs Mentors and Coaches

Job Mentors provide support, encouragement, and job-related skills to young adults with special needs who are trying to obtain employment by first taking on a volunteer position. Mentors serve as role models, teach good work habits, and help to build confidence.  Click here for more information in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.

Recreational Coaches assist with coaching the SAIL Program athletic teams, such as softball and basketball.
