The JFCS Senior Life Program provides numerous services to aging individuals, regardless of their religion, who wish to live on their own, as well as services and resources for their families and caregivers.

Services include:

Multi-functional assessments
Case Management
Counseling
Medical assessments
Blood pressure and medication monitoring
Personal care / Homemaker services
Companion Care

Respite Care
Kosher Meals-on-Wheels
Transportation assistance
Resource consultations
Monitoring services for out-of-town family
