JFCS Legal Services

JFCS Legal Services provides interested community members with an opportunity to consult with attorneys representing a variety of legal specialties, as well as obtain legal referrals.

This non-denominational program is provided to the public free of charge on two Monday evenings each month.  An attorney will be available from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM.  Interested community members will be able to meet privately with an attorney during a scheduled time slot.  If more time is needed, the attorney and community member can then arrange additional time to meet outside the JFCS office.

Once the initial consultation is conducted, the community member and attorney will establish the terms of their relationship.  JFCS will not dictate the fee arrangement, nor will it impose any restrictions or qualifications on the relationship.
