Bernie & Ann Miller - Leader level sponsor

Bernie and Ann Miller truly believe in the mission of JFCS, and say that they see the good that the agency does all around them, on a daily basis.  They are impressed with the staff and the wide range of programs, and they want to encourage others to learn more about the agency. 

Ann has served on the Board since 2006, and will serve as a Vice-President for the 2010 - 2011 term.  She twice served as Co-Chair of the JFCS Annual Fundraiser, and also Co-Chaired the Sponsorship and Stewardship Committees.  She is active with the Special Needs Department, helping to plan and implement new programs.  She retired from her job as a speech and hearing specialist at Bancroft several years ago, where she met JFCS Special Needs Director, Barbara, who was responsible for getting her involved with our agency.  She and her husband, Bernie, are now semi-retired, but they both found their passion when they found JFCS. 

Bernie says he is particularly impressed with the diversity of programs at JFCS - whether it's distributing food to people in need, helping a woman who's been abused, or providing services to seniors to help them remain independent and in their own homes.  He has joined the JFCS Advisory Council. 

The Millers are active residents of their adult community, Centennial Mill, in Voorhees, and enjoy spending time with their children, Jordan and Jessica Miller, Leslie and Adam Greenspan, and of course their precious granddaughter, 10-month old Drew Meredith Greenspan.
