Furniture Donations

Downsizing?  Getting rid of an old sofa or bedroom set?  Emptying grandma's attic? 

If you've ever tried to donate or sell old furniture, you know how difficult it can be to get someone to pick it up from your home.  JFCS has an arrangement with a new Voorhees-based business called Affordable Consignment Furniture (ACF), which will come to your home to pick up your furniture, sell it, and donate 50% of the proceeds to JFCS when it sells.  

Your home or office furniture should be in reasonably good condition in order to donate the proceeds through ACF.  Simply email acfofnj@gmail.com or call 856-719-6800 to make arrangements for pickup and tell them that you want the proceeds to go to JFCS.  When contacting ACF, please be aware of their store hours:  Thursday and Friday (11:00AM - 6:00PM), Saturday (10:00AM - 5:00PM), and Sunday (11:00AM - 5:00PM). 

This is a great opportunity for you to clear away your old furniture while helping JFCS raise funds for its programs and services!
