Feedback

How are we doing?  JFCS recently conducted its Annual Counseling Survey that was sent out to over 400 clients currently receiving services.  The results show that 92% of respondents say they are receiving all the services they expected, 91% said if they needed help again they would call JFCS immediately, and 90% said they would refer someone they knew who needed help to JFCS.  The survey response rate was more than 25%, compared to an average response rate of less than 10%.
