Privacy Policy

Samost Jewish Family and Children's Service of Southern New Jersey is in full compliance of all HIPAA (Health Information Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) regulations. HIPAA maintains the privacy of all client records and identifiable information. Confidentiality standards will continue to be delineated in our Clients' Rights and Obligations Form, which requires the signature of all existing and new clients.
