Executive Director:  Administer and manage the agency. Cultivate, steward, and solicit agency sponsors and serve as the relationship manager for Federation's Annual Campaign. Implement policies of the agency's Board of Trustees. Qualifications: Masters degree from an accredited program in a relevant field; seven years post Masters degree experience with progressively greater responsibilities; minimum three years in a supervisory or administrative position; experience in working with Board committees; comprehensive management skills and experience, including but not limited to short and long term planning, evaluation, directing and motivating staff, oral and written communication skills, value clarification, organizational behavior and development, and governance; experience in budgeting and/or funding specific programs; experience in funds development; knowledge of Jewish culture. Employment Specialist:  Part-time position available.  Approximately 10-15 hours per week.  Assist young adults with special needs achieve success in the workplace.  Must be able to effectively communicate with employers, clients, and other professional staff.  Individual should be flexible, demonstrate good problem-solving skills, and have the ability to work independently.  Individual should preferably have a working knowledge of Supported Employment.  Valid driver's license and car insurance essential.  BS required in psychology, education, social work, or related field.  Interested candidates should call Barbara at 856-424-1333, or email specialneeds@jfedsnj.org.  EOE.
